User Management

Administrators can manage the team roster by navigating to “Settings” > “Users”. From this panel, you can invite new team members via email, view their active status, and revoke access when necessary.

Roles & Permissions

Admin: Full access to all workspace settings, billing, and user management.
Editor: Can create and edit assets, risks, and execute workflows.
Viewer: Read-only access to all resources. Ideal for stakeholders or auditors.

Workspace Deployment Models

VSEC offers two primary deployment models. It is critical to understand the difference regarding data isolation.

Warning

Users on the Free Tier operate within a large, shared “Community Workspace.” Infrastructure and resources are shared among all free tier users. This environment is intended for training, feature exploration, and non-sensitive projects only.

Tip

Upgrading to a paid subscription provisions a Dedicated Workspace. This environment is hosted on separate servers, ensuring full tenant isolation, enhanced performance, and data sovereignty. This is required for proprietary product data and compliance artifacts.
