Workspace Overview
The Workspace Overview is the dashboard for your currently active workspace. It shows at-a-glance statistics, lets you launch into the workspace, and surfaces recent member activity and event history.
Signing In to a Workspace
Click Sign in to workspace to launch directly into the VSEC engineering platform for this workspace. You will be taken to the main VSEC dashboard scoped to this workspace’s data and resources.
Workspace Stats
The General info card on the right shows four live counters pulled from the workspace:

| Total Test Runs | All test runs executed in this workspace. |
| Test benches | Number of benches configured. |
| Test cases | Total test cases available. |
| Test plans | Total test plans created. |
Recent Members & Activity
Below the main cards, the overview shows a quick summary of the 5 most recently added members and the 5 most recent activity log entries. These are read-only previews — click View all on the members panel or Open activity log on the activity panel to see the full lists.
Editing Workspace Details
Workspace owners and admins can update the workspace name, company name, description, and logo.

Edit detailsin the workspace card. - Update the desired fields.
- Click
Saveto apply changes.
Provisioning State
When a workspace has been recently created it goes through a short provisioning process before it is ready to use. During this time the stats cards are replaced with a progress message:
The Sign in to workspace button is not available until provisioning is complete.
Free Workspace
If you are using the free Community Workspace, the stats area is replaced with a card highlighting the features available on paid plans — custom roles, member management, integrations, and the activity log. Click View subscription options to visit Billing & Subscription.
