Members
Members
The Members page lets you view everyone in the active workspace, invite new people, manage their roles and access level, and remove members when needed.

Roles
Each member has a workspace role that determines their access in the Admin Center:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, including billing and workspace deletion. |
| Admin | Full access to workspace settings and member management. |
| Editor | Can create and edit resources; no access to admin settings. |
| Member | Standard access to workspace resources. |
Members may also be assigned an ED Core permissions role, which controls their access within the VSEC engineering platform specifically. These roles are configured in Roles & Permissions.
Inviting Members
- Click
Invite members. - Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
- Click
Send invites.
You can enter multiple email addresses to send several invites at once. Invited members appear in the table with an Invited status chip until they accept.
To cancel a pending invite before it is accepted, click the trash icon () next to the invited member’s row.
Editing a Member
- Click the edit icon () next to a member’s row.
- Update their workspace role, ED Core permissions role, or account status (Active / Disabled).
- Click
Saveto apply changes.
Setting a member’s status to Disabled prevents them from accessing the workspace without removing them from the member list. Their access can be restored at any time by setting the status back to Active.
Removing a Member
- Click the trash icon () next to the member’s row.
- Confirm the removal in the dialog.
Removed members lose access to the workspace immediately. Their account is not deleted and they can be re-invited later if needed.
